North Bay Wine Country Shines Bright For The Holidays: PHOTOS
Twinkling light displays, vintage carriages and landmark buildings shone brightly despite a rainy weekend in the Napa and Sonoma valleys.
NORTH BAY, CA — Despite torrential rains, holiday cheer was magically abundant over the weekend in the Napa and Sonoma valleys.
In Yountville, the heart of Napa Valley Wine Country, free carriage rides went on as planned. Vintage Carriage Company from Lincoln carried passengers up and down Yountville's main street, with each trip lasting about 15 minutes. The carriage rides will continue the next two Saturdays, Dec. 14 and Dec. 21.
In St. Helena, twinkling lights adorned the downtown area, with landmark buildings including the Sutter Home Visitor Center and Beringer Vineyards decked for the season.
