The Runway by Patrick
Restaurant at Napa Airport offers great food, reasonable prices and a new experience at a familiar venue.
The Runway by Patrick has done what others could not. They have overcome the burden of filling quite a large void left by Joney’s Famous Steakhouse at the Napa County Airport. Jonesy’s was a famous fly-in destination and favorite restaurant of locals but sadly closed their doors in 2010.
Open just over a year now, Patrick’s has spruced up the old airport restaurant into quite an elegant dining room, along with bar and banquet rooms, with a modern vibe while preserving the best feature – big picture windows overlooking the airplanes coming and going.
Patrick’s is not Jonesy’s and does not pretend to be. They have a great variety of salads, sandwiches and entrees. For those wanting to reminisce, you can get an order of Jonesy’s Special Potatoes, and they’re even better than the original.

Whether you’re a local who grew up with Jonesy’s, a pilot who is flying in (remember to ask for a pilot discount), or a tourist visiting the Napa Valley, you won’t be disappointed with Patrick’s. The restaurant is open for lunch and dinner Tuesday through Saturday, lunch only on Sunday, closed Monday.
The Runway by Patrick is located at the Napa County Airport just south of Napa at Hwy 12 and Aiport Blvd.
