San Francisco Woman Arrested in Napa on Felony Suspicion of Possessing Five Pounds of Marijuana

Felicia Ramirez of San Francisco, 37, was also found with over $50,000 in cash on Highway 121.

If you have a lot of loot in your ride, stay off the cell phone.

One San Francisco woman learned the hard way on Wednesday afternoon, as 37-year-old Felicia Ramirez was pulled over by CHP for talking on her cell phone on southbound Highway 121 at Haire Lane around 4:20 p.m.

If only driving and speaking on the phone was the worst part for Ramirez.

The officer who stopped Ramirez detected a strong odor of marijuana coming from Ramirez’s vehicle, and after a search, discovered five pounds of marijuana and $53,590 in cash. The Napa Special Investigation Bureau helped CHP on the subsequent investigation and Ramirez was booked into Napa County Jail later that afternoon on felony suspicion of possessing marijuana.
