Some Evacuation Orders Downgraded To Warnings In Napa County
LNU Lightning Complex Fire evacuees may still find power out when returning home, but utilities are being restored, officials said.

NAPA COUNTY, CA — Evacuation orders were reduced to evacuation warnings Monday afternoon, according to Napa County officials, for the following roads:
- Soda Canyon Road from Loma Vista to 3700 Soda Canyon Road (Dead End)
- Atlas Peak from the Bubbling Wells Pet Cemetery, 2462 Atlas Peak Road to 3683 Atlas Peak Road (Circle R Ranch)
- In Napa County on Highway 121 (Monticello Road) from Vichy Avenue to Longhorn Ridge Road, to include the Circle Oaks sub-division, along with the communities of Wooden Valley and Gordon Valley to the Napa/Solano County line was reduced to an evacuation warning. This will include Wooden Valley Road, Wooden Valley Cross Road, Gordon Valley Road, and all connecting roads.
- The closure of Highway 121 (Monticello Road) will be moved to the intersection at Long Horn Ridge Road. There is no access to Long Horn Ridge Road.

Utility restoration is in progress, however, residents could have limited or no utilities at their homes.

"Coming home after a wildfire can be difficult," Napa County OES said. "As evacuations are lifted, please review the safety steps when returning to your home after a wildfire." See Cal Fire tips and advice here.
Officials also said on Monday morning that the Red Flag warning for Napa County was canceled, while adding a reminder to residents to remain indoors, if possible, as air quality remains unhealthy.
