Suspected Napa Meth Dealer Arrested -- Again

BREAKING: The 62-year-old was again found in possession of methamphetamine for sale, the Napa Special Investigations Bureau alleges.

NAPA, CA -- An accused Napa meth dealer was reportedly back behind bars this week -- for the second time in less than two months -- after the Napa Special Investigations Bureau served a warrant allowing investigators to search his apartment and a nearby storage unit, a lieutenant with the NSIB said Thursday.

Jonathan Chisham, 62, was booked into the Napa County Detention Center Wednesday after NSIB "again seized methamphetamine possessed for sale" from his apartment in the 500 block of River Glen Drive, according to Lt. Gary Pitkin.

Chisham was initially arrested June 15 following a months-long undercover investigation into his alleged "large-scale" methamphetamine trafficking activities, but was released from custody upon posting bail.

Pitkin said Chisham was rearrested Wednesday "without incident." In addition to alleged possession of meth for sale, Chisham was booked on suspicion of committing a felony while out of custody on bail, Pitkin said.

Chisham's jail booking information was not immediately available Thursday.
