Search crews are still looking for the second missing hiker, named Jen.

One of two hikers reported missing on Mount Tamalpais near Stinson Beach overnight has been found safe this morning, Marin County sheriff’s officials said.

The park service has 10 searchers on the ground in addition to the Southern Marin County Fire Department’s search and rescue team, Picavet said. She said the search, which also included the U.S. Coast Guard, was concentrated in the Red Rock area of Mt. Tamalpais State Park.
The male hiker named Rob was located this morning after walking back to a command post set up in the area for the search. The female hiker, named Jen, remained missing as of shortly after 9 a.m., sheriff’s officials said.
