Vacaville Fire Forward 90% Contained: Cal Fire
Firefighters have stopped the forward progress of an 8-acre vegetation fire in unincorporated Solano County north of Vacaville Sunday.
VACAVILLE, CA — A vegetation fire in unincorporated Solano County north of Vacaville Sunday is 90 percent contained at 8.2 acres, Cal Fire officials said.
The fire was reported at 10 a.m. along Joslin Lane, according to a tweet by Vacaville fire officials. Cal Fire officials said earlier the fire burned three acres.
Cal Fire and other agencies, such as the Vacaville Fire Protection District, extinguished the blaze.
