Warrant Served At Meth House In American Canyon, 3 Arrested: NSIB

An official with Napa Special Investigations Bureau said in addition to evidence of meth sales, property stolen during a burglary was found.

NAPA COUNTY, CA — Three people were arrested Friday, March 1 when a warrant was served at an alleged meth house in American Canyon, an official with the Napa Special Investigations Bureau said Tuesday.

Detectives with both NSIB and the American Canyon Police Department in February began investigating reports of sales of methamphetamine from the residence in the 200 block Golden Brook Lane, off Donaldson Way East, NSIB Lt. Rick Greenberg said in a news release.

The lieutenant alleged that upon serving the warrant Friday, NSIB detectives found not only meth packaged for sale and other evidence that meth was being sold at the home, but property that had been reported stolen from a recent residential burglary in American Canyon.

"While speaking with the homeowner, Brandon Mills, detectives determined that he was allowing his residence to be used as a place to sell and use methamphetamine," Greenberg said.

Mills, 42, was arrested on suspicion of felony possession of stolen property and felony maintaining a drug house.

American Canyon resident 33-year-old Anthony Kincaid, who was also at the residence when the warrant was served, was arrested on suspicion of felony possession for sales of methamphetamine and felony sales of methamphetamine.

Cecilia Corsetti, 21, was also at the residence and was arrested on an outstanding failure-to-appear warrant out of San Bernardino County, Greenberg said.

Mills, Kincaid and Corsetti were all booked into Napa County Department of Corrections.

The Napa Special Investigations Bureau — NSIB — investigates both drug trafficking and human trafficking in Napa County.

"Community members are urged to call NSIB at 253-4458 with tips," Greenberg said. "Callers can remain confidential and/or anonymous."
