Convicted Robber Arrested at Tri-City Motel
She had walked away from a facility in San Diego.

FREMONT - A woman who walked away from a convict rehabilitation facility in San Diego was found at a Fremont motel on Monday, according to the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation.
Fremont police worked with state law enforcement to arrest Tumoi King, 28, who was serving a five-year sentence for second-degree robbery through a community program, state officials said.
King left the Community Transitional Reentry Program in San Diego on Jan. 4 with another woman, 20-year-old Viviana Mendez, state officials said.

King, who was scheduled to be paroled in October 2016, was transported to the Central California Women’s Facility in Chowchilla.
She had been participating in the San Diego facility’s rehabilitative program since 2014, state officials said.
