Check out Newark Days, a four day celebration from September 15 to 18, in honor of the city's 56th birthday! The City of Newark has been celebrating it’s birthday, September 22, 1955 — annually since incorporation. This year the theme is "Fantasy Comes Alive."
The Newark Days festival will include stages with top entertainment talent, arts & crafts, food, game booths, a carnival, special theme areas, contests, children’s activities, a senior’s dance and bingo! Plus, don't miss the big Saturday parade, a kid’s parade and the "Newark Mile" race!
