Newark Days, Parade

I was hoping to find a schedule for Newark Days on this otherwise helpful website.  Per the banners*, the parade begins at 10 a.m.

Someone please highlight other events, along with the basic schedule, please.  Meanwhile, look for the main events in and around Newark Community Park.

* Aren't the banners positioned kind of high on the poles?  They're not in my normal line of vision, I noticed today.
