High school robot teams from around Northern California head to Newark Memorial High Sunday for the FIRST Tech Challenge Championship Tournament. The robotics competition has teams design and create robots with powerful motors, sensors and hardware. The competition tests the robots with challenges that underscore industry issues faced by professional engineers and robotics designers.
