Newark Library's Toddler Time is a 4-week session for 18-35 month old children held on Wednesday and Friday mornings. Each child needs a lap for special one-on-one attention while we read, sing, dance, and learn baby sign language! Choose only one session, as they are identical.
No preregistration is necessary.
