2.8 Temblor Strikes Costa Mesa, Did You Feel It?
The quake struck shortly before 10 a.m. and no damages were reported.

No injuries or damage were reported Wednesday following a magnitude-2.8 earthquake centered two miles south-southeast of Costa Mesa.
The temblor was reported at 9:45 a.m., and resulted in the deployment of some emergency personnel to check for damage.
No calls for assistance were received by authorities in Costa Mesa or Newport Beach, authorities said.
