The New House offers eight floor plans ranging from 1,232 to 2,548 square feet. All homes include an attached 2-car garage, European-style cabinetry and granite counter tops, 2 x 6 exterior walls with R-19 rating, tankless hot water heaters, low VOC carpets and paints, radiant barrier roof sheathing, cased dual-pane, low-e windows and high SEER rated heating and air conditioning units, along with new ENERGY STAR® appliances. Also available are optional detached 2 and 3-car garages, as well as a convenient carriage unit garage featuring 799 square feet of living space.  Homes begin at $89,000 for a 1,232-square-foot model plus lot preparation costs.

GREEN BUILDING PRACTICES
