Bayside Celebrates National Paella Day with Three Specialty Dishes

As many foodies and enthusiasts know Friday, March 27th is National Paella Day. Bayside Restaurant is celebrating by offering 3 unique Paella specials on Friday (3/27) & Saturday (3/28). The Paella selections, all priced at $36.75, include:

Seafood Paella
- Shrimp, Scallops, Sea Bass, Swordfish, Mussels, Asparagus, Piquillo Peppers, Chorizo Bilbao, Saffron, Tomato, Fennel

Vineyard Paella
- Rabbit, Snails, Forest Mushrooms, Crispy Serrano Ham, Red Wine, Thyme, Caramelized Onion

Paella Negra
- Braised Octopus, Calamari, Piquillo Peppers, Spring Peas, Pea Shoots, ​Squid Ink, White Wine, Chervil

Bayside is a contemporary dining establishment with an extensive menu emphasizing fresh seafood. The 246-seat restaurant, that overlooks the tranquil waters of Newport Harbor, recently completed a massive interior renovation that includes new color scheme, seating and fabric upholstery, modern lighting, acoustical improvements and a generous use of macassar ebony, a rare wood from Indonesia. The remodeled interior lends the ideal backdrop to Bayside’s ever-evolving fine art exhibition.
