About two years ago the Newport Mesa Unified School District spent over $800,000 on erecting the Estancia High School baseball field poles, removing the poles, and then moving them to Costa Mesa High School. Ever since, they have been rusting away in a back lot adjacent to the Costa Mesa High soccer and baseball fields. Costa Mesa reporter Sandy Asper investigates.
