Celebrate Christmas Eve at Bistango!

Bistango, the critically acclaimed restaurant located at the Atrium building in Irvine, will be open Christmas Eve for dinner and feature a prix fixe menu and live music in the evening to celebrate the holiday. While the regular menu also will be available, the special 3-course, prix fixe holiday dinner is available for $59 for adults and $21 for children 12 and under. Dinner will be served from 5 - 9 p.m. with music from 6 – 10 p.m.

It starts with a choice of autumn salad with Belgian endive, apples, walnuts and Gorgonzola topped with light vinaigrette; pan-seared pancetta wrapped Mexican prawns with butternut squash risotto, frisee, and cranberry compote. Entrée choices include petit filet beef bourguignon served with creamy soft polenta, pearl onions, mushrooms, bacon and baby carrots; pan-seared Lake Superior white fish in a butter lemon sauce served with wilted baby kale; or marinated Colorado lamb culotte in a port wine reduction served with Anna potatoes and sautéed peppernata. Topping off the meal is an apple cinnamon bread pudding with caramel sauce and vanilla bean ice cream.
