Debbie Lewandowski Named Manager of the Year for 2016 by Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage
Debbie Lewandowski, manager of the Newport Beach office of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, has been named 2016’s Manager of the Year for the brokerage’s Orange County, and Desert regions. The Newport Beach office was presented with the Office of the Year Award for 2016 for the brokerage’s Orange County, and Desert regions.
The Manager of the Year Award is presented to a manager leading an office that consistently produces superior results. The Newport Beach office has been recognized for achieving the Platinum Award for relocation, top closed units in the Orange County and Desert regions, top volume for the Orange County and Desert regions, as well as the highest volume in Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage’s Orange County and Desert regions.

Lewandowski’s overall professional leadership, culture, strong work ethic, and teamwork-focused spirit were all contributing factors to her being honored with the Manager of the Year Award by Coldwell Banker.
