NEWPORT BEACH, CA — A father and his daughter were charged Thursday with a robbery that turned fatal in Newport Beach. Randolph Loren Aguirre, 55, of Brea, was charged with murder with a special circumstance allegation of robbery and a count of robbery. He also faces sentencing enhancements for the personal use of a deadly weapon.His daughter — 30-year-old Desirre Rita Lucy Aguirre — was charged with a felony count of robbery. She was out on bail on a charge of robbery on Aug. 19 when she was arrested with the Newport Beach killing, according to court records.The pair were charged in connection with the deadly robbing of 46-year-old Robert A. Tamaccio of Newport Beach on Saturday, according to the Newport Beach Police Department.Police were called to a report of a man down bleeding at 34th Street and Seashore Drive about 1:35 a.m. Saturday.
