Father And Daughter Charged In Fatal Robbery That Killed 1 In Newport
The pair was charged with a robbery that turned deadly in Newport Beach Saturday.

NEWPORT BEACH, CA — A father and his daughter were charged Thursday with a robbery that turned fatal in Newport Beach.
Randolph Loren Aguirre, 55, of Brea, was charged with murder with a special circumstance allegation of robbery and a count of robbery. He also faces sentencing enhancements for the personal use of a deadly weapon.
His daughter — 30-year-old Desirre Rita Lucy Aguirre — was charged with a felony count of robbery. She was out on bail on a charge of robbery on Aug. 19 when she was arrested with the Newport Beach killing, according to court records.

The pair were charged in connection with the deadly robbing of 46-year-old Robert A. Tamaccio of Newport Beach on Saturday, according to the Newport Beach Police Department.
Police were called to a report of a man down bleeding at 34th Street and Seashore Drive about 1:35 a.m. Saturday. When officers arrived, they found the victim, who was taken to a nearby hospital where he died, police said.
