NEWPORT BEACH, CA - Police were investigating a break-in early this morning at a pharmacy in Newport Beach and sought to determine if there was a connection to a rash of pharmacy burglaries several weeks ago.The burglary at the Best Choice Pharmacy at 4229 Birch St. was reported at 1:29 a.m., according to Newport Beach police Sgt. D. Joe."We don't know yet what they stole," Joe said before dawn today.
