Dancers from as far away as Tokyo, and as near as Huntington Beach, will perform in Orange Coast College's annual Student Dance Concert

Student dancers from as far away as Tokyo and Taiwan, and as near as Costa Mesa and Huntington Beach, will perform in Orange Coast College's annual Student Dance Concert Friday, April 27 and Saturday, April 28 at 7:30 p.m. in the Robert B. Moore Theatre.

The program will feature a wide range of dance styles, including jazz, tap, modern, ballet, Latin, and Middle Eastern dance, and dances themes range from pure entertainment to current politics to personal life explorations to irresistible Hip Hop routines. The works were choreographed by both OCC dance faculty and choreography students, who began preparing for the show last semester.

“Please come join us and see the incredible talent of our dance students celebrated at this remarkable event,” says dance instructor and concert coordinator Shana Menaker.
