Police Investigating Body Found Floating in the Water
The man was pulled out at 1 this morning.

Police are investigating the apparent drowning of a man who was found floating today in the water in Newport Beach.
Some passersby saw the man’s body in the area of 32nd Street and Oceanfront at 1 a.m., said Newport Beach police Sgt. Brandon Rodriguez.
They pulled the man out of the water and administered CPR with no results, Rodriguez said.

“There is no evidence of foul play at this point,” the police sergeant said.
