Registration Now Open for OCC Community Ed Summer Program

Orange Coast College Community Education has officially opened registration for popular summer programs, such as kids swim lessons and sports camps, business classes, make-up certification courses, and photography.

OCC’s Community Ed department sponsors affordable lifelong learning programs. Many of the classes offered provide valuable skills to participants that reflect community and workforce needs and interests*

Popular programs include College for Kids, which caters to children as young as three and a half and as old as 17. Classes for kids include swim lessons, sports camps, culinary workshops, chess camps, academic enrichment, technology courses and more.

Classes for adults also run the gamut; OCC Community Ed offers everything from Introduction to Podcasting to Cake Decorating to Professional Recording Studio Sessions for musicians.

Many courses related to financial and retirement planning also are available, and many classes from the Spring program currently are ongoing, including Conversational Spanish and a Green Living workshop series.
