Stags Leap Winemaker Dinner at Zov's Tustin Bistro

Savor an unforgettable evening of food and wine pairings when Zov’s Tustin Bistro (17440 E. 17th Street) hosts its latest winemaker dinner on Tuesday, March 31st at 6:00 p.m. featuring the premium varietals of Napa Valley’s Stags Leap Vineyards. The cost to attend the four-course, prix fixe dinner is $95 excluding tax and gratuity. · Charred Haricot Vert Salad – Lemon vinaigrette, mint, pistachios, tomato dressing

· Pan Seared Sea Scallop – Lentil vinaigrette, aleppo oil, tangerine lace

· Braised Shortrib – Cauliflower mashed potatoes, natural pan jus, baby carrots

· Chocolate Raspberry Crème Brulee Bomb
