Tequila Pairing at Bayside Restaurant

Bayside Restaurant presents, “It’s Time to Partida!” Join us on September 29 for a welcome cocktail followed by a four-course menu paired with Partida Tequila.

Partida Tequila is only made from blue agave grown in the Tequila Valley, near a dormant volcano. The rich, red volcanic soil is perfect for the plant. After 7 to 10 years in the fields, it reaches close to 100 lbs.

Bayside is a contemporary dining establishment with an extensive menu emphasizing fresh seafood. Overlooking the tranquil waters of Newport Harbor, the 246-seat restaurant features a muted color scheme, fabric covered booths and other seating, favorable lighting, state-of-the-art acoustics and a generous use of Macassar ebony, a rare wood from Indonesia.
