The New House™ Announces Plans to Build New Community “Center Place” - Costa Mesa Subdivision to Feature Five Brand New Homes
The New House™ by RSI today announced plans and unveiled renderings for a brand new subdivision in Costa Mesa called “Center Place.” The project will feature five two-story, 1,621-square-foot homes available in Craftsman, Colonial, French and Spanish styles. The New House will build the homes by applying its precision-built construction process, a proven new way to build high-quality, energy-efficient homes faster than traditional construction. Construction is expected to begin mid-November and finished in approximately 90 days. The subdivision will be housed on a private street soon to be named Center Street. The five new homes will be built on a parcel of land, which has been vacant for years, located at 1856 Placentia Avenue in Costa Mesa.
