American Research Center of Egypt - OC - hosts Dr. Greg Marouard, renowned archaeologist, for free presentation

May 9 is the date of a free presentation hosted by ARCE - OC. The presentation will start at 1:30 in the Norma Kershaw Room of the Bowers Museum - 2002 N. Main Street, Santa Ana, CA. Dr. Greg Marouard, discoverer of what may be the world’s oldest manmade harbor, will share his finds from the site, 74 miles south of the Suez Canal of Egypt’s Red Sea coast. The harbor was believed to have been built by Egyptian king Khufu, credited with building the Great Pyramid at Giza. The site is a treasure trove of seafaring and daily life relics.
