• Synchronized Traffic Signals Coming To All Of Western Riverside County As Part Of Pilot Program (patch.com subscription) — Norco drivers are set to benefit from a new regional pilot that will synchronize traffic signals across Western Riverside County, following Gov. Gavin Newsom's signing of AB 2307. The Western Riverside Council of Governments, which includes Norco, will coordinate with Caltrans to time lights on both highways and local streets, aiming to cut congestion, improve travel times, and reduce emissions through at least 2031.
