April 'Book'd in Burbank' Lit Event Brings The Funny

Book’d in Burbank: The Ultimate Bibliophiles’ Night Out hosts its spring literary event with an homage to National Humor Month on Thursday, April 23, 2015, 8:00 P.M. – 9:30 P.M., at Theatre Banshee in the Magnolia Park section of Burbank. Presented by Liz D Publicity & Promotions, Book’d in Burbank is a bookish social gathering that treats book lovers to an evening of author readings, giveaways and a dessert ‘n’ mingling reception.

“Celebrating National Humor Month in April is a Book’d in Burbank tradition that gains popularity each season,” says Liz Donatelli, Liz D Publicity & Promotions Book Publicity and Special Events Director, “Book’d’s 2015 ode to humor will spotlight Catchee Monkey, a British comedy-mystery, by author Sean Cameron and Paris! Take Me Away!, a book of comedic Parisian travel stories, by humorist Alicia Bien.”

Book’d’s upcoming April event will also feature readings by Kate Carlisle, New York Times bestselling mystery author of This Old Homicide (Fixer-Upper Mystery, #2), Felice Fox, the Amazon bestselling erotic romance author of Dark Lashes (Cameron Ranch, #3), Nicola Italia, the award-winning historical romance author of The Sheik’s Son, and Jessica Hickam, theStream.tv host and the author of YA dystopian novel The Revealed.
