Allergies, Asthma and Eczema. Why have a class on these three conditions?

They're closely related, and often found together--two or three of them either concurrently or sequentially. They are not simply disorders, however, but indicators of imbalances in the system: Hypersensitivity of the immune system, increased inflammation, elevated levels of toxins on the blood, and/or weak/incomplete digestion.

Go to a doctor for any of these conditions, and you'll likely receive steroidal anti-inflammatories, inhalers, decongestants, a basketful of medications, but very little information on how to naturally relieve the condition, much less how to regain balance and strengthen the body, with the goal of reducing or eliminating the need for what are often potentially harmful medications.

As with so many conditions, the key is understanding and correctly interpreting what the body is telling us, and then doing the work of making the changes. This class will give you some key concepts, plus easy ways to incorporate those concepts.
