If You Made a $98 Million Mistake, Could You Keep Your Job?
You would if you worked for the LAUSD. It is time to bring accountability back to the District.

As the Chief Strategy Officer for the LAUSD, Matt Hill is responsible for overseeing the department that poorly designed and implemented the flawed MiSiS software, the system that was supposed to improve how student information is tracked. He was responsible for letting the system go live, even though it was not properly tested. As a result, the education of thousands of students was negatively affected. By some estimates, it will take a year and $98 million to fix these problems. Mr. Hill still works for the LAUSD.
