Local Filmmaker's Documentary has its LA Premiere Dec. 12th at Laemmle's NoHo 7 as part of The Valley Film Festival

This is an uplifting and moving film, especially appropriate for the holiday season, that celebrates how a passion for music can enrich our lives. The film features beautiful music and vocal performances by local opera singers; both retired professionals and aspiring singers. Some of the singers have performed together for nearly 50 years and have a loyal audience that has followed them from venue to venue. This multi-generational group has formed a “second family” with their audience. As one interviewee said: “Some families you’re born into, some you find along the way”. When their performance venue is forced to close, will this family be able to find a new home?
