NoHo Woman Shot By Catalytic Converter Thieves: LAPD
A 39-year-old North Hollywood woman is in stable condition after confronting four men stealing the converter off her car Friday night.
NORTH HOLLYWOOD, CA — A 39-year-old woman in North Hollywood was shot while confronting catalytic convert thieves Friday night, according to the Los Angeles Police Department.
The LAPD is investigating a string of catalytic converter thefts that occurred Friday all over the San Fernando Valley, according to ABC7.
In one of several Ring videos that investigators believe captured the same crew, a woman yelled at four men tampering with her car in the middle of the night to leave. Suspects then fired several rounds at her and her apartment.

She is hospitalized in stable condition, according to ABC7.
This was followed by another shooting on Sunday morning, when a 41-year-old man was fatally shot on Saticoy Street by a man with whom he was in an argument. The suspect is still at-large.
