The Top 4 Places to Watch the Final Four in NoHo and Toluca Lake

North Hollywood and Toluca Lake have many things, but a plethora of sports bars they do not. There are plenty of bars that may or may not have March Madness on their TV screens, but there are precious few places where the games will be the main attraction of the evening. Check out these local spots to get your game on.
