On Thursday, December 15, doors opened at 8:00 a.m. for Harbor Freight North Hollywood’s special Grand Opening Sale, with select merchandise discounted as much as 80%. At 11:00 a.m., a ribbon-cutting ceremony hosted by the Universal City North Hollywood Chamber of Commerce was immediately followed by a donation to Rebuilding Together of Greater Los Angeles.
“The Universal City North Hollywood Chamber of Commerce welcomes Harbor Freight Tools to the local business community,” said Vic Viereck, President of Universal City North Hollywood Chamber of Commerce. “We are excited the community will now have a great source to purchase the
tools needed to improve the community from the ground up and look forward to doing business with them.”

Harbor Freight’s donation to Rebuilding Together of Greater Los Angeles will be used immediately on projects throughout Los Angeles County. With the generosity of sponsors like Harbor Freight Tools, Rebuilding Together of Greater Los Angeles hopes to complete another project in the coming months for a veteran widow including replacing her entire roof and repairing water damage inside the home.
