Non-Profit offers a place for parents and caregivers with young children to dress up and enjoy carnival games, trick-or-treat rooms and wellness activities
Northridge, CA – The Child and Family Guidance Center (CFGC), a leading non-profit mental health care provider, is hosting a FREE Halloween Festival and Health Fair on Saturday, October 24, 2026, from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm at their Northridge location – 9650 Zelzah Avenue in Northridge. CFGC’s Halloween Fest is FREE for everyone -- families with young children from birth to twelve years of age are encouraged to dress up – to enjoy carnival games, a petting zoo, Trick-or-Treat Halloween decorated rooms, pumpkin decorating, arts and crafts, live music, food trucks, giveaways and health booths. Guests are encouraged to download CFGC’s mobile app to access more information, resources and updates. CFGC’s 5th Annual Halloween Fest last year drew a crowd of more than 2,000 guests, 75 volunteers and included various community sponsors. CFGC fights the stigma surrounding mental health issues and works to ensure that everyone has access to the treatment they need to live their healthiest, happiest and most productive life.
