How Security Guards Increase Employee & Customer Peace of Mind

One of the most vulnerable locations for criminal confrontation is in office and retail parking structures,

We live in a world where our sense of security at work can easily be
shattered. One minute we're busy at our desk or helping customers, the
next we could be running for our lives. One way businesses can help
employees and customers feel more confident of their security is by the
use of security guards.

Protecting Employees. Strategically stationing
security guards at office entry points a message to workers that
employee safety is a priority. Knowing that those entering a business
must first pass through a security site gives employees peace of mind
that they are being protected. This holds true for retail as well as
commercial businesses--workers in malls, convenience stores shopping
centers naturally feel safer when physical security is present.

Parking Lot Safety. One of the most vulnerable
locations for criminal confrontation is in office and retail parking
structures and parking lots. Employees and customers should have the
option to ask that a security guard escort them to their car when they
feel unsafe. Many may be hesitant to ask, but if they are encouraged by
management and it's considered a part of employee or customer service
they will do so. This type of assistance is an employee morale booster
and promotes customer loyalty.

Strong security means a better work environment for employees and a more positive experience for customers.
