Man Accused Of Sexually Assaulting Unconscious Minors: LAPD
Police said the San Fernando Valley resident lured the teens to his apartment and plied them with alcohol before the attacks.

RESEDA, CA —A 30-year-old Reseda man was arrested last week on multiple, felony sexual-assault charges after two teen boys reported separate incidents of being lured to his apartment, given alcohol and then being sodomized or orally copulated while unconscious, the Los Angeles Police Department said today.
Lewis Sibomana was taken into custody on the afternoon of Feb. 9 for suspicion of sexual assault of the two minors, 15 and 16 years old, along with another count of sexual battery related to additional crimes already under investigation, authorities said.
In the 16-year-old victim's case, the suspect allegedly befriended the teen at a bus stop, brought him to his apartment where he served him alcohol, and then sodomized the boy as he "fell in and out of sleep," police said.

The 15-year-old, was lured to the man's residence Feb. 9, where he, too, reportedly was given alcohol, fell asleep from the effects and later woke up as he was being orally copulated by the suspect, the department said.
Detectives from the LAPD West Valley Division identified and arrested Sibomana as the suspect in both cases, and the Los Angeles District Attorney's Office filed counts for suspicion of sodomy with an unconscious victim, oral copulation of an unconscious victim and sexual battery, officials said.
