Come explore the eerie side of Paramount Ranch in a new nighttime program from the National Park Service.

From National Park Service: Come explore the eerie side of Paramount Ranch in a new nighttime program from the National Park Service. What ghosts haunt the history of Paramount Ranch? Why did the racetrack shut down a year after it opened? Why were witches hiding in the nearby woods? Get the answers and learn more at 8 p.m. on Saturday, August 5!
“This is a special opportunity to explore Paramount Ranch after dark,” says Scott Sharaga, a park ranger with Santa Monica Mountains National Recreation Area. “The landscape becomes mysterious, and Western Town looks more like a ghost town."
The free program will be held at Paramount Ranch, 2903 Cornell Rd, Agoura Hills, CA 91301. For questions, the public may contact the Santa Monica Mountains Interagency Visitor Center at 805-370-2301.
