​1 Airlifted After 3-Car Crash In Marin County

MARIN COUNTY, CA – One person was hospitalized with moderate injuries after a three-car crash Saturday afternoon in rural Marin County, according to the California Highway Patrol.

The wreck, reported shortly after noon, was the result of a rear-end crash in the 7500 block of Pt. Reyes-Petaluma Road near the Marin County Fire Department station. A CHP helicopter flew one person with moderate injuries to Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital.

Both lanes of the road were initially blocked, but all lanes reopened a short time later, the CHP said.
