North Bay Educational Foundation will host a free, community event on Thursday, March 21 entitled "Accelerating English Learning" presented by English language learning expert Kevin Clark, Founder and Senior Consultant of Clark Consulting and Training.

Mr. Clark’s presentation will explain why English learners often get stuck at “intermediate” competence, and he will show how schools and districts are speeding up English learning through a focus on grammar instruction.
