On Monday, about 55 cubic yards of concrete was sprayed onto the wall forms to create the basement walls of the new City of Novato adminstrative offices, being built at the site of a former parking lot on Machin Avenue.
Steel fabrication begins this week and is scheduled for installation beginning later this month, according to city engineer Julian Skinner.
