The first section of shotcrete walls have been poured and finished and waterproofing has begun at the City of Novato administrative offices construction project in the Old Town area.
With the completion of wall waterproofing, backfilling will begin in preparation for the crane to arrive on site this week, according to site construction managers.
Work on the west end of the site has included setting the sump and oil/sand interceptor tanks and plumbing. Final grading is complete and gravel has been placed. The final slab pour is scheduled for next Friday, March 1.
