The past two weeks have seen a lot of activity on the city offices site.
The mechanical, electrical, plumbing (MEP) and fire protection subcontractors installed deck rough-in for each of their systems in anticipation of the first floor concrete deck pour (see video attached to the article).
The MEP subcontractors also started installing their systems in the basement, including hangers and supports for the fire sprinkler system, light and mechanical equipment layout, and installation of conduit for power and communications.

Once the first floor concrete is complete, scaffolding will soon be erected around the perimeter of the building, to begin installation of metal framing for the perimeter walls.
