The City Satisfaction Survey is online now! Here's your opportunity to take the mailed survey online through May 13.
In March, the City mailed a survey to 3,000 Novato residents to learn more about their perceptions of City services and funding priorities related to those services.
If you didn’t receive the survey, and would like to give your input, HERE IS YOUR OPPORTUNITY! The results of the survey will assist the City in its long-term fiscal planning efforts and for program improvement and policy
development.
The survey should take approximately 10-15 minutes to complete and asks questions about your quality of life, value of the services provided by the City, the sense of community in Novato, safety within neighborhoods,
accessibility of City services, community design and inclusiveness.
