With the Marin General Hospital lease set to expire in December of 2015, the Marin Healthcare District (MHD) Board of Directors and the Marin General Hospital Board of Directors have approved a new proposed lease. On February 12, 2013, the public will have its first of five opportunities to provide public comment during the regularly scheduled MHD Board meeting. A term sheet showing the proposed renewal terms will be posted on the MHD website, www.marinhealthcare.org, at least 72-hours prior to the meeting. This proposed term sheet will also be available to review in hard copy at the February meeting.

The meeting will be held at 7 pm in the Marin General Hospital Conference Room (off the West Lobby), 250 Bon Air Rd., Greenbrae, CA 94904. Dates and times for the four remaining public comment meetings will be released soon.
