This is an informal and fun group of runners who meet at 4.30am on a Monday morning and 5am on Thursday mornings.
We have a group of 5-8 of us- with 2-4 girls.
On Monday we do a different trail run each week in Novato (8.30-9 min mile pace). We run between 6-10 miles.

Bring your headlamp or we can bring one for you.
