The Novato Gymnastics Team competed at the Winter Invitational in Redwood City on February 2-3. Kaila Greenstein placed 6th on Floor Exercise with 8.375, and 9th All Around with 31.925.
The Level 7 Team took 2nd Place in the Team Competition, while the gymnasts individually performed well on Super Bowl Sunday. In her first meet of the season, Rachel Barnett won the Xcel All Around with an impressive 36.975 score. She also won Uneven Bars with 9.675, and Balance Beam with 9.350. In the Level 7 Older Division, Emmy Nam won the All Around with 33.850, and Balance Beam with 9.175. Carina Berryhill placed 3rd All Around with 32.625, and 2nd on Vault with 9.250. In the Level 7 Younger Division, Sofia Doyle won the All Around with 35.525, Vault with 9.000, and Uneven Bars with 9.400.
