Republican Women Donate History Books

The Mamie Eisenhower Library Project (MELP) was designed to foster Republican philosophy and ideas through the donation of related books to libraries, schools, hospitals and other institutions in honor of the former First Lady.  Such donations promote literacy at all age levels.  Instituted in the early 1960s, MELP is the National Federation of Republican Women's longest-running program.
